- Miranda has led change at an organisational, team and executive level, as a change manager, coach and lead team facilitator within blue chip organisations .
- She has 20 year experience within leading sector organisations including GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi- Aventis and Procter and Gamble. More recently she completed a year as Head of Organisational Development at a division of Siemens undergoing a merger .
- Miranda has experience working with teams undergoing significant change within the NHS and the not for profit sector. She also completed a secondment on a NICE Appraisal Committee and DoH policy committees.
- Miranda has a strong foundation in commercial roles, giving her work pragmatism and clear business focus. She brings experience and well researched programmes to enable effective change. An MD once commented that her work had many different aspects but was ‘ joined up like a rubic’s cube’. Hence Rubicon was born.
